June 2019 – May 2020 | SAP Business Support Logistic Consultant @ Heineken International, NL

Key project achievement:

• Automated the flow of information in order to eliminate unnecessary manual activities via the implementation of interfaces using IDoc technology for B2B and B2C business relationships.

My role:

• Provided analysis of end-user requirements and ensured their incorporation into technical solutions;
• Translated client requests into technical specifications for use by the technical team;
• Tested and subsequently presented solutions to end-users.

January 2017 – May 2019 | SAP SD/MM Consultant @ IBM Slovakia (global beverage producer, NL)

Key project achievement:

• Successful implementation of business requirements of varying complexities and durations in response to small Change requests and project initiatives.

My role:

• Provided technical support to client, including configuration or customization in the area of sales and purchasing in the SAP system, according to specific client requirements;

• Provided in-depth analysis of technical problems and requirements in order to ensure timely and efficient troubleshooting.

January 2016 – December 2016 | SAP SD/MM Consultant @ IBM Slovakia (local health care company)

Key project achievement:

Successful rollout of global company template for manufacturing plant in Slovakia, after taking into account country-specific legislative, business and production requirements.

My role:

• Provided analysis and assessment of the requirements of individual departments regarding global company template and accompanying legislation;
• Defined technical and functional specifications for offshore team;
• Prepared and implemented end-user training;
• Prepared documentation and provided support in the early stages of live operation.

February 2012 – December 2015 | SAP SD/MM Consultant @ IBM Slovakia (global pharmaceutical industry)

Key project achievement:

• Provided standard client support within ITIL processes (solving Incidents, Change requests and Problems) in the area of SAP SD / MM;

• Integrated the client’s SAP ERP system with the existing system of the logistics service provider (3PL) for the client’s UK branch.

My role:

• Analyzed and assessed the feasibility of the requirements of individual departments;
• Defined mapping templates;
• Defined technical and functional specifications and executed initial test scenarios and user training;

• Resolved Incidents, Change requests and Problems in the SAP SD / MM area with the help of appropriate software tools, including customization and configuration of the SAP system in the Sales and Purchasing area.

December 2008 – December 2011 | SAP Delivery Lead @ Hewlett Packard Slovakia (automotive industry)

Key project achievement:

• Prepared and facilitated the smooth transition of support services for SAP technology from a local provider to a global provider;
• Established and managed a support team for the SAP system (5 functional consultants and 5 ABAP programmers).

 My role:

• Prepared the transition for and conducted negotiations with external providers;
• Analyzed the complexity of the services provided and ensured efficient takeover;

• Managed a team of SAP specialists to ensure quality client support;

• Identified gaps in the quality of provided services and established appropriate solutions;

• Prepared Change requests and facilitated meetings in order to justify the request’s timeline, feasibility and complexity.

January 2011 – December 2011 | SAP SD Consultant @ Hewlett Packard Slovakia (Client: Deloitte, service and consulting)

Key project achievement:

• Implemented enhancements with a focus on requirements analysis;

 My role:

• Prepared a technical solution in collaboration with our ABAP Programmer, followed by unit testing and documentation using the 5-tier SAP landscape, version ECC 6.0.

April 2008 – December 2008 | SAP SD Consultant @ Hewlett Packard Slovakia (Client: Carl Zeiss – medical and science products)

Key project achievement:

• Implemented global SAP template for Singaporean subsidiary as the sole SD consultant, responsible for all SD-related aspects of the project (ECC 4.7).

 My role:

• Analyzed the requirements, prepared a technical solution in cooperation with the client’s internal team, tested the functionality, documented the solution and submitted it to the client.

June 2007 – March 2008 | SAP Delivery Lead @ Hewlett Packard Slovakia (client Procter & Gamble (FMCG))

 Key project achievement:

• Delivered quality application management services to the client according to agreed SLAs

My role:

• Managed team dedicated to the delivery of application management services to the client within the SAP 2nd level support area, based on ITIL principles (mainly within Incident management, Problem management and Change management);

• On-boarded and trained new colleagues;

• Prepared reporting of KPI results to the client;

• Involved in escalations by the client and ensured their remedies;

• Planned resource utilization.

November 2004 – May 2007 | SAP Application Engineer @ Hewlett Packard Slovakia (client Procter & Gamble (FMCG))

Key project achievement:

• Provision of SAP application management services based on ITIL 2nd level incident management support, with a focus on the MM, SD and AR modules.

My role:

• Analyzed incidents and proposed their solution with a focus on SAP SD, MM and AR modules;

• Introduced new organization objects in the SAP system according to standard client templates;

• Organized solutions takeover from the project team;

• Involved in consultations on technical problems with the team at the 3rd level resp. ABAP team.

July 2003 – May, 2004 | Financial Analyst and SAP Key User for SAP FI and AR @ HUBERT J.E. Ltd (a subsidiary of Dr. Oetker group, beverage industry)

Key project achievement:

• Implemented improvements to account reconciliation processes;

• Provided analysis of new requirements related to the entry of Slovakia into the EU.

My role:

• Analyzed tax changes, tested new settings and cooperated with an external supplier of SAP solutions, trained of the Finance Department on new operating conditions;

• Reported Cash flow KPIs to the parent’s company.
